Preble County senior center $5M expansion to anchor future developments

EATON - Preble County Council on Aging is making progress on an expansion to more than double their existing senior center at 800 E. St. Clair St. in Eaton. The $4.8 million project is only the beginning of extensive plans for the 30-acre site.
Executive director Shelley Ratliff said the expansion was necessary with rising demand.
The 12,800-square-foot addition will expand the existing 10,200-square-foot center’s current capacity for its growing Meals on Wheels Program and space for programs.
